Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Bring and manage an existing off-plan sales team · Drive off-plan property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets · Maintain and leverage strong relationships with developers · Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance · Monitor team KPIs, closures, and pipeline · Coordinate closely with management to scale off-plan sales · Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

· 7–10 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai · Must currently manage or bring his own sales team · Strong and active developer connections in the Dubai market · Demonstrated leadership and consistent closing record · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Immediate joiner only

Compensation & Benefits: · Fixed salary · Override commissions on team performance · Attractive incentive structure
