Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The trainer will deliver high-quality training programs on Odoo CRM, or similar and other technical systems, tools, and processes used at Reef Luxury Developments. The role ensures employees across departments (Sales and Non-Sales) are confident in using company systems, following workflows, and applying best practices, ultimately improving efficiency, performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on Odoo CRM or similar and other technical system so used in real estate operations.
  • Develop training manuals, scripts and online modules focused on CRM system or similar, & Market Trends for diverse teams.
  • Assess skill gap and provide solution to ensure effective adoption of CRM and or any technical tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to customize training content based on departmental needs.
  • Monitor system usage, adoption rates, and process compliance, providing recommendations to management for improvement.
  • Conduct refresher sessions, updates, and ongoing support as systems evolve or new tools are introduced.
  • Maintain training records, track attendance, and report on training effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate, in CRM (preferably Odoo or similar) and technical systems.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, real estate operations, and technical workflows.
  • Strong Knowledge of Real Estate Industry and Market Trends
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, results-driven, and equipped with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design and delivery engaging and effective training programs.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in real estate, property development, or construction-related systems.
  • Experience creating e-learning modules or digital training materials is a plus.
  • Proficiency in languages, English is a must, Arabic is a plus
  • Certifications in training methodologies or relevant technical systems
