Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver practical, results-driven sales training programs for tele-sales teams

  • Train sales consultants to effectively sell:

  • Investment opportunities

  • Business acquisition and ready-made businesses

  • Commercial opportunities in Dubai

  • Review live and recorded sales calls to optimise scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques

  • Improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and overall sales performance

  • Provide individual and group sales coaching to strengthen consultant performance

  • Develop and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials

  • Work closely with management to analyse performance metrics and optimise sales processes

  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching and training solutions

  • Support the onboarding and continuous development of sales teams

  • Collaborate across business units with potential for ongoing, long-term engagement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A hands-on sales professional turned trainer with real-world experience selling in the Dubai market

  • Proven ability to build, train, and scale high-performing tele-sales teams

  • Deep understanding of investment services, business acquisition, and commercial opportunities in the UAE

  • Strong grasp of Dubai business culture, buyer psychology, and decision-making dynamics

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on conversion rates, revenue growth, and measurable performance

  • Highly analytical and structured, yet practical in execution

  • Confident communicator with strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of operating with minimal supervision

  • Experience working with multi-business groups or diversified organizations is a strong advantage
