Job Title: Salesforce Support Consultant (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) Real Estate Domain Experience: 4–7 Years Location: UAE (Client Location) Employment Type: Full Time Role: Client-Facing Salesforce Admin / Support Consultant Job Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Support Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, Production Support, and User Training, preferably within the Real Estate domain. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth Salesforce operations, enhancements, and high user adoption across Sales, Leasing, CRM, and Operations teams. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests, issue resolution, and user assistance.
Provide functional and technical support across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Engage with business users (Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Handover, CRM, Operations) to understand requirements and suggest improvements.
Maintain and optimize real estate business processes in Salesforce such as:
o Unit inventory management
o Booking and sales contracts
o Customer handover
o Post-sales service (DLP, cases)
Perform daily administration tasks:
o User management, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules
o Data integrity, data cleanup, and validation controls
Create and maintain Reports, Dashboards, Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.
Support UAT cycles, post go-live support, and change management activities.
Prepare training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and maintain process documentation.
Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor to business stakeholders and ensure best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce Administration / Support experience.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Good understanding of Real Estate CRM processes (sales lifecycle, unit management, booking, handover, post-sales support).
Experience in user management, security model, and data governance.
Hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Process Builder.
Experience with data migration, sandbox testing, and release management.
Excellent communication skills with client-facing exposure.
Ability to work independently and handle production support environments.
