Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and error-free code

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems

- Create and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce solutions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvement

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce solutions

- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components is a plus

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are preferred
