Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers for European truck spare parts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Support & Consultation
Provide expert advice on truck spare parts and solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their vehicles.
Order & Inventory Management
Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.
Coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery of orders.
Keep track of stock levels and report shortages.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily activity logs.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Track competitors’ activities and market trends.
Team Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing and after-sales teams.
Support other branches or colleagues as needed.
Participate in product training sessions and workshops.
Compliance & Professionalism
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive spare parts or related industries.
Knowledge: Familiarity with European truck parts (Volvo, Scania, MAN, Mercedes, etc.) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Education: Minimum high school diploma; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Team player with a professional attitude.
Flexible and willing to travel across branches in Oman & UAE.
