Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and develop new customers for European truck spare parts.

    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  2. Customer Support & Consultation

    • Provide expert advice on truck spare parts and solutions.

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

    • Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their vehicles.

  3. Order & Inventory Management

    • Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.

    • Coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery of orders.

    • Keep track of stock levels and report shortages.

  4. Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily activity logs.

    • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

    • Track competitors’ activities and market trends.

  5. Team Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with the marketing and after-sales teams.

    • Support other branches or colleagues as needed.

    • Participate in product training sessions and workshops.

  6. Compliance & Professionalism

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

    • Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive spare parts or related industries.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with European truck parts (Volvo, Scania, MAN, Mercedes, etc.) is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.

    • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

    • Team player with a professional attitude.

    • Flexible and willing to travel across branches in Oman & UAE.
