Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs, tailoring your sales pitch accordingly.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively showcase product features and benefits, persuading clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve win-win outcomes while maximizing company profits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid understanding of sales principles.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in a competitive industry, showcasing proven results and adaptability.
Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling or Challenger Sale) is preferred to enhance sales techniques.
Experience in the technology, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods sectors is highly valued to understand specific market dynamics.
