We are now looking to hire a SAP Sales & Distribution Business Process Specialist for its Muscat office in Oman.


Job Description:


  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP sales and distribution process modules. (SD)

  • Analyze and implement changes in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) based on priorities from business owners.

  • Collaborate with business units to ensure solutions meet requirements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other modules.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and maintain system documentation.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP S/4 HANA SD module, guiding best practices.

  • Manage project work related to Sales & Distribution and provide regular progress updates.

  • Ensure compliance with global business processes in customer service, pricing, and logistics.

  • Organize training sessions to enhance SAP users' understanding of processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP SD implementation project experiences.

  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, pricing, logistics, CRM, and credit management.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with MM, FI, PP and other modules integration.

  • Knowledge of Automotive Business or Implementation experience will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Facility Management (Properties) or SAP REFX Implementation experience will be an advantage.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
