Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors LMS module.
Manage learning catalogs, items, curricula, programs, and certifications.
Handle user management, role-based permissions, and data security in LMS.
Integrate LMS with other modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.).
Support learning content administration, SCORM/AICC content deployment, and testing.
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for tracking learning activities.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align LMS processes with organizational goals.
Conduct system upgrades, regression testing, and troubleshoot system issues.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS module, Understanding of SuccessFactors suite (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, etc.)., Experience with learning analytics and dashboards (Story reports / ORD).
Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or other content authoring tools.
Exposure to change management and HR process automation.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification is an advantage.
