Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Configure and customize RCM, RMK, and ONB 2.0 functionalities including job requisitions, candidate profiles, onboarding tasks, and email services.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Collaborate with Employee Central (EC) consultants to ensure seamless integration between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HR.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
Manage data mapping and migration activities for recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Create functional specifications, test scripts, and user training manuals.
Deliver training sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stay updated with SAP release features and apply best practices in configuration and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP Certified Associate SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 (preferred).
Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, onboarding journeys, and integration touchpoints.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of RCM/RMK/ONB.
Familiarity with SAP CPI, Boomi, or other middleware tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
