Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A new indoor family entertainment centre launching in Al Quoz is seeking a driven and relationship-focused School & Corporate Sales Executive to develop partnerships and drive group bookings.

This role is responsible for building strong connections with schools, nurseries, learning centres, and corporate organisations to generate repeat visits, events, and long-term collaborations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, nurseries, and educational institutions

  • Build partnerships with corporate clients for team events and family days

  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits

  • Present packages, pricing, and customised event solutions

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up pipelines

  • Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings

  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in UAE (education, hospitality, events, or leisure preferred)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred


Preferred

  • Existing network within schools or corporate HR departments

  • Experience in group bookings or event sales

  • CRM experience
