Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our MEP Building Materials company. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.

  • Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).

  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams.

  • Follow up on deliveries, quotations, and customer inquiries.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

  • Support HR and accounts departments with documentation when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (experience in MEP or construction industry is a plus).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

Education:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
