Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure smooth operation and compliance with company policies.
- Implement an efficient document control system that allows for easy retrieval and archiving of important files.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and distribute documents as required, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they meet company standards and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or document control role, preferably in an office environment.
- Certifications in Document Management Systems (DMS) or Records Management are highly desirable.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus, offering insight into specific document control needs.
