- Manage daily office correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Prepare and handle official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain records in an organized manner.
- Assist management with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication within departments and with external contacts.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial work preferred.
- Skills: Excellent English communication and MS Office proficiency.
- Personality: Smart, organized, and detail-oriented.
