Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Recommend suitable furniture products (sofas, beds, dining sets, office furniture, etc.).
Demonstrate product features, materials, durability, and customization options.
Close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (mattresses, décor, warranties
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Minimum: High School / Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably furniture, home décor, or lifestyle products)
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Experience in showroom sales is an advantage
Communication Skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to explain product features clearly
Good negotiation and closing skills
Multilingual ability is a plus
Technical & Product Knowledge
Basic knowledge of furniture types and materials
Understanding of interior décor trends
Familiarity with billing software / POS systems
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
