Hexagon s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to support and grow our strategic partnership with ADNOC Group. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation programs, and stakeholder management within the oil & gas industry. You will work closely with internal teams and ADNOC s various business units to identify new opportunities, drive project success, and contribute to long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Leadership:
  • Act as a key point of contact for all ADNOC stakeholders across HQ, Group Companies (Onshore, Offshore, Refining, etc.), and ADNOC IT.
  • Support the Strategic Sales Manager in managing ADNOC as a multi-million-dollar global strategic account.
  • Lead weekly opportunities reviews and customer engagement planning.
  • Opportunity Management:
  • Drive large-scale software sales and services engagements across ADNOC s digital programs.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and product teams to align technical proposals with ADNOC s needs.
  • Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Synchronize all opportunities and activities within the corporate sales CRM system at all times to ensure full pipeline visibility and alignment across teams.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, with at least 3 years in the oil & gas, energy sector, OO, UAE
  • Proven experience managing high-value accounts with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, EPC project lifecycles, enterprise SaaS platforms, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Arabic language is required.
