Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across banks, lenders, regulated entities, fintechs, marketplaces, and digital platforms.

Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, product, compliance, risk, and technical teams to drive integration roadmaps and value creation.

Manage end-to-end partnerships from prospecting and solution shaping through commercial negotiation, contracting, onboarding, go-live, and ongoing performance management.

Structure complex commercial agreements including pricing models, SLAs, and ROI cases.

Drive account planning, governance frameworks, QBRs/MBRs, success plans, and risk tracking with strong forecast discipline.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to align delivery and influence roadmap priorities.

Support regulatory sandbox and SAMA-aligned initiatives where relevant.

Track account health, product adoption, revenue growth, and executive engagement, providing actionable performance insights.

Represent the organization at fintech forums, industry events, and partner engagements across KSA.

Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi national (mandatory, in line with Saudization).

  • 7 10 years of experience in fintech, financial institutions, enterprise SaaS/API sales, or strategic partnerships within KSA/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, digital payments, embedded finance, and API-based integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy, value modelling, ROI development, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Experience navigating legal, compliance, and procurement cycles within regulated environments.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong executive communication skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
