Senior Account Manager - POS/Print

Lead end-to-end production of complex and strategic marketing campaigns, including POS, print, and branded materials.

Work directly with clients to advise on production strategy, campaign execution, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Manage supplier relationships, timelines, budgets, and delivery to ensure high-quality output.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and other internal teams to align project goals with broader campaign objectives.

Proactively propose cost-saving, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives to clients.

Mentor and support Production Managers, helping to manage project traffic and workflow across the team.

Act as a point of escalation within the production delivery team, maintaining calm and clarity in high-pressure situations.

Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in print/POS production or similar production management roles ideally within a marketing, brand activation, or agency environment.

Solid project management skills and experience navigating large, strategic campaigns.

Strong understanding of production processes, supplier management, and omnichannel marketing.

Exceptional communication skills clear, calm, and confident at all levels.

Fluent Arabic and English required (written and spoken).

Technically literate and comfortable using production systems and tech platforms.

Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.

Confident working under pressure and managing shifting priorities.
