Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP B1 software to manage and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies, international accounting standards, and local regulations.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

• Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting.

• Monitor cash flow and perform cash management activities, including bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and optimizing working capital.

• Conduct regular internal audits to identify and rectify financial discrepancies or irregularities.

• Provide financial analysis and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

• Support the preparation of financial reports for statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and SAP B1 functionalities, and provide training to relevant stakeholders as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and procurement, to optimize processes and improve efficiency within the organization.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects, process improvements, and system enhancements as required.
