Roles & Responsibilities

Job DescriptionTo ensure that all documents and information required by drivers to attend in-house and external training programs are gathered, processed and communicated to regulatory bodies in a timely fashion to ensure 100% compliance to training timelines and requirement.Strategic RESPONSIBILITIES Enable compliance to all training requirement for our drivers.Operational Managing Training reception, collecting documents, registering and responding to driver queries Publishing and maintaining monthly training calendar (to be published by 25th of Month for the following month) Confirming to all regulatory bodies' training requirement (Documents, registrations, escalations) Using RTA portal to accurately make payments, create reports and reconcile the same with Finance Manage attendance, scores and report on Mock Test candidates on daily basis Maintain all the training records for reporting and audit purposes Manage new joiner / refresher permit application errors (escalation process to Driving School within 24 hrs / RTA) and maintain accurate reports Manage enrolments to LMS and completions on LMS (Refresher, Corrective and RTA Induction) Support the team in all RTA communications and correspondence.People ManagementN/AProduct/Process Improvement Identify and deliver process improvements and being efficiency in current role.QualificationsEducation & Certifications: Bachelors Degree Intermediate Excel + MS Forms (Reports, Charts, Formulas like VLOOKUP, And / IF function, Count IF function, Pivot tables) MS Word. Intermediate, Outlook PowerPoint. Basic.Knowledge & Skill Skills: Customer Service, problem solving , Conflict Management, Time Management Technical skills: Good computer literacy Intermediate excel, MS Forms & one-drive, PPT, word & outlook, LMS (added advantage) Languages: English (Proficient) Urdu, Hindi (Required), Arabic (desirable). Attitude / Disposition: Accountable, Professional, Positive, Empathetic.Experience 5 Years of Customer Service, Front office, Receptionist or similar.
