Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with analytics managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights
Build compelling visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate complex findings
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in analytical workflows
Share best practices and support junior analysts by mentoring and documenting methods
Become a go-to expert in a core area of analytics, helping drive capability across the team
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
3+ years experience in data analysis or BI
Skilled in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python), with strong visualization and storytelling abilities
Strong communication skills to work across diverse teams
Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving decisions through data
