Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and expand broker relationships to meet business targets through the broker channel.
  • Visit brokers regularly, analyze current business, and align with distribution team objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, adapting to market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and broker teams for high client and premium retention.
  • Provide quick turnaround on new business quotations and convert quotes into active business.
  • Assist in new initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within the organization for effective collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in distribution, sales, or account management in general insurance.
  • Knowledge of UAE insurance market and distribution channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building.
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
