Roles & Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and expand broker relationships to meet business targets through the broker channel.
- Visit brokers regularly, analyze current business, and align with distribution team objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, adapting to market dynamics.
- Collaborate with underwriting and broker teams for high client and premium retention.
- Provide quick turnaround on new business quotations and convert quotes into active business.
- Assist in new initiatives and projects as needed.
- Build cross-functional relationships within the organization for effective collaboration.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in distribution, sales, or account management in general insurance.
- Knowledge of UAE insurance market and distribution channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
