Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Support outlet bartenders during peak hours and special events.
• Coordinate bar setups for promotions, launches, and functions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor bartenders and bar assistants.
• Conduct on the job training on mocktails and service etiquette.
• Manage bar inventory, requisitions, and stock transfers between outlets.
• Ensure accurate stock counts, variance control, and wastage management.
• Implement FIFO, portion control, and cost saving measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4–6 years experience as a Senior Bartender, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
• UAE experience mandatory
• Proven experience handling multiple outlets preferred
• Strong knowledge of Mocktails
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between outlets
