MISSION

• Gather, analyze and formalize business needs
• To act as a liaison between the Business Unit teams and the Health Tribe
• Produce the expected deliverables (Requirements statement, functional specifications, user stories, process mapping, test plan, user guide, workshop reports, reporting, backlog, etc.)
• Structuring and securing the work
• Follow the action plans and project milestones
• Identify and anticipate risks
• Ensure ongoing alignment between business needs and regulatory constraints.
• Facilitating framing workshops with the professional teams
• Formalize the detailed functional requirements
• Write the functional specifications
• To break down the needs into user stories
• Ensure the functional consistency of the proposed solutions
• Write the recipe book
• Participate in the different phases of the recipe
• Write user guides, provide training for stakeholders and support them in deploying new solutions.
• Ensure smooth operation, monitor anomalies, and implement corrective actions.
• Structure, prioritize and manage the product backlog in coordination with the IT teams
• Produce regular reports to the Tribe Lead

SEARCH PROFILE

• Minimum 7-10 years in Business Analysis
• Proven experience in health insurance (mandatory)
• Experience in digital transformation & IT system evolutions
• Mastery of health insurance processes
• Good understanding of IT architectures
• Excellent action-oriented skills
