A Senior Business Development Executive plays a critical role in the growth and expansion of an organization. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals and reports to senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Manage a team of junior business development professionals in achieving sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company s offerings.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives consistently.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing complex deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions under minimal supervision.
