Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to Commercial Lead KSA.
The Role
Expand the portfolio through direct acquisition of new customers. Be able to create the new business validation file with CUW standards. Build strong relationship with Allianz partners ( BSF, brokers)
Responsibilities
Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality
- Create a pipeline (self prospection) in line with target profile
- Convert leads generated/receive
- Analyze prospect needs and business model to build the policy properly
- Collect all necessary information and follow up with commercial and risk uw on quotation and prechecks
- Ensure that the prospect has full udnerstanding of policy coverage and processes before signing
- Comply with commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Bachalors degree in relevant discipline
What You Bring
Proven experience in similar field. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial services also preferred
Market Knowledge
- Expert know-how in specifics of market
- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to mid-large clients, market players and opinion leaders
- Ability to generate and convert leads
- Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Build relationships with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, Policy Administration)
- Balance commercial and underwriting objectives
- Self motivating and goal oriented
- Convert leads into sales through ability to convince customers
- Strong networking
