Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
you will move away from standard sales cycles to focus on high level strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing key players within the tech and fintech space while ensuring their long term growth and integration within the regional ecosystem.
This position requires a polished individual who can navigate the nuances of the DIFC and wider UAE corporate world. You will act as a primary advisor to partners and help them scale their presence by leveraging your deep understanding of the local financial services landscape.
Desired Candidate Profile
Six to eight years of experience within Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
Deep domain expertise across fintech or financial services and technology
A proven history of managing complex stakeholders and delivering measurable partner growth
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C suite executives
Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem and regulatory environment
Experience navigating professional corporate cultures such as the DIFC or similar global financial hubs
Strategic mindset with the ability to move the needle on long term objectives rather than focusing on short term volume
