Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop and optimise high-performance C++ trading systems
- Build and deploy systematic trading strategies across liquid markets
- Work closely with quants and trading teams to improve execution, latency and performance
- Take ownership of strategy lifecycle from research to production
- Gradually gain exposure to and contribute towards market-making strategies
What you will need:
- 5+ years experience in C++ development within a trading firm / hedge fund / prop shop
- Strong understanding of low-latency systems and performance optimisation
- Proven ability or strong interest in running systematic strategies
- Solid grasp of market microstructure and trading systems
- Prior market-making experience not required, but strong interest to learn is essential
