Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead lab testing for OiW, TSS, COD, and related parameters.

  • QA/QC of membranes

  • Ensure all lab equipment is fully functional

  • Ensure all lab equipment is properly calibrated and manage the calibration schedule.

  • Ensure the laboratory is well maintained in terms of housekeeping and tidiness.

  • Support Chief Chemist to develop and optimize ceramic membrane functionalities by testing different methods.

  • Analyze fouling mechanisms and cleaning strategies.

  • Conduct advanced membrane characterization (SEM, porosity, etc.) with support of universities.

  • Ensure laboratory inventory is well kept and spare parts list/any consumables are ordered in advance before it’s needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Preferably with focus on ceramic membranes).

  • 8–15 years experience in membrane technology and materials science.
