Overview

Our client empowers businesses to maximize e-commerce potential through a suite of SaaS products that drive omnichannel sales, streamline fulfillment, and leverage data for growth. Trusted by global brands and logistics leaders, their technology enables scalable local and international e-commerce operations.

As a  Senior Commercial Director to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within the eCommerce and logistics domain, and demonstrate success in selling complex solutions to large Saudi enterprises and family offices.

The role involves leading enterprise sales, building high-value partnerships, and developing C-level relationships that contribute to growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Leadership: Achieve year-over-year topline growth and meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong customer pipeline; engage directly in high-value, CXO-level deals.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, family offices, and industry associations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Delivery, Account Management, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on the Saudi eCommerce and logistics ecosystem and represent through industry partnerships and case studies.

Must Have

  • 12+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in a senior sales role (Account Director / BD Director) in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales within eCommerce, retail, or logistics sectors.
  • Established connections with Saudi enterprises and family offices.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill.
  • Strong self-awareness and clarity in communication.
  • Strategic thinker, able to handle ambiguity and bring structure.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
