Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute communications strategy for internal and external audiences.
- Draft press releases, speeches, and leadership messaging.
- Manage media relations, PR campaigns, and crisis communications.
- Oversee intranet content and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support brand reputation and communications consistency across teams.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and alignment.
- Advise leadership on communications best practices.
- Monitor and report on communications effectiveness.
- Achieve set objectives, ensuring personal growth and learning development needs are met
- Hold team members accountable for ensuring marketing deliverables are best-in-class, aligned to the agreed objectives, budgets and timeframes
- To proactively build knowledge and be alert to opportunities, while being mindful of the resource available to deliver materials and current priorities for the team.
- To build productive relationships with the internal customers, researching briefs for stories and being alert to potential marketing opportunities
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Build a strong knowledge of the Group s offerings and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- 5+ years in communications roles, preferably in ports, logistics or government sectors.
- Strong writing, editing, and media relations skills.
- Experience with internal communications and employee engagement.
