As a Senior Consultant in Revenue Cycle, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes within healthcare organizations. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle consulting.
• Proven expertise in billing, coding, compliance, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in using healthcare revenue cycle management software solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of consultants or analysts.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards.
