Senior Electrical Engineer – MEP Consultancy (UAE Experience Mandatory Lonsdaleite Engineering Consultancy Services (LECS)

As part of our strategic expansion at Lonsdaleite Engineering Consultancy Services (LECS), we are looking to onboard a technically strong and mature Senior Electrical Engineer with solid UAE consultancy experience.

We are not looking for a routine design engineer.
We are looking for someone who can think, analyze, assess, and lead technically.

Our projects include:

• Electrical retrofit and system upgrades

• Conditional assessments of commercial and mixed-use buildings

• Fire damage technical evaluation reports

• Expansion and compliance-driven redesign

• Authority coordination with DEWA, DCD, and Dubai Municipality

This role requires a consultant mindset — not a site execution background.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed electrical system condition assessments

• Prepare professional technical reports with clear findings and recommendations

• Develop retrofit designs, load calculations, and system upgrades

• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance documentation

• Handle authority submissions and technical clarifications (DEWA, DCD, DM)

• Review contractor shop drawings and technical submittals

• Attend client meetings and authority coordination discussions

• Provide technical guidance during design and compliance stages
