Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
On a day to day basis, you will be accountable for five main areas:
- Emiratisation Strategy Development and execution
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Development and Retention of existing UAE National staff
- Compliance and Stakeholder Management
- Reporting and Analysis
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Work Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in HR, talent management, or Emiratisation programs, preferably within the financial services sector.
Education & Professional Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Emiratisation, talent management, or HR management preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Team management.
- Strong understanding of Emiratisation regulations and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
