Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure enquiries for specific markets are responded comprehensively to maximize conversion
Building and maintaining relationship with all existing partners and create new partners
Handle MICE & Group enquiries from our principals.
Handle FIT bookings from our principals.
Develop and maintain relationships with principals.
Maintain excellent relationship with suppliers and service providers (hotels, companies, restaurants etc) to get the best deals and thereby increasing the revenue on the files handled.
Liaise with agents and accounts department to ensure payment policy of the company is strictly followed.
Update product knowledge and developments in the destination to constantly upgrade services to stay ahead of the competition
Ensuring closing of all operated files as per the prescribed ISO procedure
Document and maintain effective standards and processes while handling groups. FIT’S
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of strategic management.
Proven track record of achieving significant business growth and operational improvements, showcasing an ability to deliver results.
Experience with international markets is preferred, highlighting an understanding of global business practices and cultural nuances.
