Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Front office Supervisor, you will oversee daily front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth workflow. You will support and guide front office colleagues while maintaining service standards and brand expectations and act as a key liaison between guests and management to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure accurate handling of reservations, billing, cash transactions, and front office systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide front office teams. Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling escalations and complaints. Solid knowledge of front office systems, reservations, billing procedures, and cash handling. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with guests and multiple departments. 2 4 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel. High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
