Role overview
Join our UX Engineering pod to build high-performance, accessible, and beautiful interfaces for complex enterprise portals.

what you'll do
Lead the development of a unified internal UI component library.
Optimize web performance and core vitals for data-heavy dashboards.
Collaborate with product designers to translate Figma blueprints into clean code.
Ensure 100% accessibility compliance across all digital touchpoints.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
Expert knowledge of CSS architecture and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with state management (Zustand/Redux) and data fetching (React Query).
Strong eye for detail and interaction design.
