Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data across all functions (recruitment, turnover, attendance, performance, training, etc.) to support HR strategies.
- Design and deliver regular dashboards and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
- Interpret HR trends and KPIs to provide recommendations for workforce planning and improvement.
- Maintain and enhance HR reporting systems, tools, and databases (e.g., HRIS, Excel, Power BI).
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and automate recurring reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR systems and reports.
- Support audits and compliance with data-related requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in the HR field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analysis or HRIS, preferably in large or multi-site organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools (Power BI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
