Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals. As a seasoned HR professional, the Senior HRBP collaborates closely with organizational leaders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance overall organizational performance. With expertise in change management, performance management, and talent development, the Senior HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and guidance to senior management. This role requires a deep understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record of successful HR partnerships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Act as a talent advisor and provide insights on workforce planning and development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Lead performance management processes and support career development efforts.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide counseling to managers.
  • Conduct assessments and identify training needs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and action plans.
  • Facilitate succession planning and leadership development programs for key roles.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting equity and belonging initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and change management practices.
  • Proven track record of building strong HR-business partnerships and influencing leadership decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational performance.
  • Experience in handling complex employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
