Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
Personnel & Payroll Management
- Supervise personnel functions including attendance, leaves, contracts, and employee records.
- Oversee monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure all personnel files and HR systems are updated and well-organized.
Training & Performance Management
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Participate in implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor law, and internal regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on HR matters.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 6 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Previous experience in garments, manufacturing, or retail industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
