Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to collect, verify, and process payroll data including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Prepare and review monthly payroll reports, ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and payroll management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Odoo system.
