Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to collect, verify, and process payroll data including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll reports, ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and end-of-service settlements.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and payroll management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Odoo system.
