The Senior Leadership role is responsible for setting strategic goals, providing overall organizational direction, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. This executive position involves high-level decision-making, leading cross-functional teams, and representing the organization to stakeholders, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate the organization s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Lead and oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions.
Make high-level decisions on policy and strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Drive organizational growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master s degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience in senior leadership or executive management roles (typically 10+ years).
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and foster a positive corporate culture.
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
