Role Purpose
Why this role matters:
As Senior Manager, Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring IFRS-compliant financial reporting and consistent application of group-wide accounting policies across Beyond ONE. Your contributions will strengthen the Group s financial governance, support decision-making, and enhance transparency with stakeholders.
What success looks like:
In your first year, you will:
- Deliver accurate and timely consolidated Group financial statements aligned with IFRS.
- Lead technical accounting assessments and prepare high-quality position papers on complex transactions.
- Drive successful completion of Group and OpCo audits with minimal issues and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the preparation and review of consolidated Group financial statements, ensuring full IFRS compliance and accuracy.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by overseeing reconciliations, adjustments, and OpCo submissions.
- Develop and maintain Group Accounting Policies, technical memos, and position papers to guide consistent accounting practices across OpCos.
- Provide expert technical accounting guidance on complex areas such as revenue recognition, leases, intangible assets, and business combinations.
- Manage and coordinate the Group s external audit process, resolving queries efficiently and supporting OpCo controllers in their audits.
- Collaborate with senior management, finance teams, and external auditors to ensure strong internal controls and transparent financial reporting.
- Build capability across Group and OpCo finance teams by delivering IFRS training, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Attributes
We re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent are required.
Experience
- 7 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or technical accounting role.
- Strong expertise in IFRS standards, including IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition), IFRS 16 (Leases), and IAS 38 (Intangible Assets).
- Experience within a Big 4 audit firm and/or multinational Group Finance function is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Must-haves: Proven ability to prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA preferred).
- Nice-to-haves: Exposure to complex transactions such as business combinations and international group consolidations; familiarity with cross-border financial reporting environments.

- Full professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
