Bachelor s degree or 10+ relevant work experience.
Preferred: Preferred past work experience in market research agencies, top-tier consulting firms or past experience in Real Estate Development, Infrastructure, Mega/Giga projects, Construction

1. Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of Roshn s Market Research scope of work and assisting the Senior Director of Market Research with all activities related to this and the functioning of the Market Research unit.
2. Contribute to the design and development of primary and secondary market research (i.e., macroeconomic and social trends, supply and demand at macro level, real estate market assessment, market benchmarks, and other) leveraging a wide range of methods and appropriate data bases. Recommend market research methodology and approaches. Oversee preparation, design and implementation of questionnaires, discussion guides, fielding and analysis of results.
3. Conduct market research workshops with key ROSHN stakeholders (GCEO, Department / Functional Heads). Lead these workshops, capture output, and liaise with users of market research data and insights on the implementation of appropriate conclusions and strategies.
4. Develop and strengthen existing vendor / external consultant partnerships, and continually explore new partnerships and methods to stay on cutting edge of research. Identify and partner with best in class research suppliers to design leading edge research and ensure flawless execution and delivery of results.
5. Ensure market research studies are completed with excellence, with high quality deliverables and actionable insights.
6. Create actionable insights based on sound analysis and synthesis of several data sources, transforming data into insights.
7. Inform strategic discussions through compelling deliverables that focus on key market research insights and recommended actions and outcomes.
8. Prepare periodic market research reports (both ad hoc and scheduled) and present their content to Roshn senior management when required.
9. Analyze business and market data to assess situations, provide recommendations and problem-solve when issues arise.
10. Conduct ad-hoc market research related tasks and assignments as required by the Director of Market Research or Head of Strategy & Planning. Complete these assignments to a high standard and on a timely basis.
11. Monitor business climate, trends in technology and development, and government activity in areas of the company s current and anticipated product lines.
12. Create presentations, summaries or other reports of data and draw meaningful recommendations.
13. Lead the operations of the department as assigned, whilst effectively leading and guiding members of senior management as well as building and sharing a strategic vision that others can aspire and commit to
14. Establish the required performance standards within the department, ensuring effective cascading to respective teams and management of adherence to them
15. Supervise and review performance of individuals in the team
16. Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the division s strategy, annual goals and objectives
