The AVP - Senior Marketing Manager, Client Engagement & Partnerships, will lead the design, planning, and execution of marketing programs that strengthen client relationships, amplify Mashreq s thought leadership, and elevate the bank s profile across institutional, corporate, and ecosystem audiences.

This role will be pivotal in delivering high-impact client engagement experiences, content-driven partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations across Corporate Banking, FinTech, Energy, Treasury, and Sustainability positioning Mashreq as a thought leader in innovation, finance, and ESG transformation.

Key outcomes include enhancing client engagement, increasing brand influence across key platforms (including social media), and driving alignment with CIBG s business priorities and Mashreq s Rise Every Day brand purpose.

This is an opportunity to help shape client engagement and make a real difference in our go-to-market approach. You will:

  • Design and delivery of client engagement initiatives with internal and external partners to generate preference for Mashreq.
  • Establish a framework for running our content marketing and sharing best practices across the team.
  • Work collaboratively with industry sector leads, product leads, and various marketing channels to increase client nurturing opportunities.
  • Amplify Mashreq s thought leadership across digital platforms and social media.
