Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle interim valuations, variations, cost control, claims, and final accounts.
Prepare invoices, measure works, and negotiate with clients/consultants.
Ensure commercial compliance post-award.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering discipline.
Possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial management of MEP projects.
Exhibits in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and installation methods.
Experienced in using relevant QS software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CostX).
