Euclidz Technologies is seeking a strong technocrat for the role of Senior Odoo Developer, responsible for developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Odoo ERP business applications with other enterprise systems. This role includes providing ongoing support and enhancements to ensure these solutions effectively support our business processes and functions.

You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework and programming expertise throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle. By understanding business requirements from both technical and functional perspectives, you will propose and deliver optimal technical solutions. Your daily collaboration with Workforce Group stakeholders will ensure focus and alignment with shared objectives.

Odoo Developer Responsibilities

• Lead the development, customization, and migration of Odoo ERP modules and data.
• Analyze requirements, provide time estimates, design solutions, perform code review, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop BI reports, automate testing, generate documentation, and maintain system security, stability, and performance.
• Work closely with business teams to plan, develop, test, deploy, and enhance ERP/CRM applications.
• Provide application support, bug fixes, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team and customers through technical discussions and project challenges.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and modern DevOps methods like continuous integration and deployment.
• Contribute to Odoos open-source community and stay updated on the latest industry technologies and trends.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments, to support future projects.
• Encourage ongoing learning and knowledge sharing within the team to support business goals and technical excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo technical architecture, covering end-to-end design, development, and optimization of Odoo-based solutions.
• Deep expertise in Odoo MVC architecture and technical components, including:
• ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
• QWeb templating & reporting
• Odoo API and Controllers
• Scheduled Actions (CRON jobs)
• Automated Workflows
• Security and Access Rights
• Data Migration Tools
• Odoo.sh and deployment tools
• Advanced proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and development using popular open-source IDEs like PyCharm and Eclipse.
