Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to identify new hiring needs.
  • Work closely with department heads to define job descriptions and establish selection criteria for vacancies.
  • Analyze and implement the most effective talent acquisition channels, including universities, online platforms, and headhunting services.
  • Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and examinations as required.
  • Finalize candidate selection with department heads, extend job offers, and coordinate hiring logistics (start date, documentation, etc.).
  • Organize and coordinate induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensure all administrative requirements for new hires are met, including workspace allocation, IT setup, business cards, and government registrations (NSSF, MOF, etc.).
  • Follow up with department heads to ensure probation period evaluations are completed and assess the success of newly hired employees.
  • Maintain and regularly update organizational charts and job descriptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; a Master s degree in Human Resource Management is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR, with a focus on policies, procedures, compliance, and talent acquisition.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Experience in multinational talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR regulations, and HR best practices.
