Roles & Responsibilities


Job Title: Sr. Officer - Lease Acquisition  


Job Purpose


To provide administrative and operational support by managing lease application reviews, tenant communications, land registration follow-ups, and coordination of internal processes to ensure smooth real estate operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Lease & Tenant Management

  • Review and verify new lease applications to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate with tenants regarding lease applications, documentation requirements, and application status.

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide guidance and explain leasing procedures and requirements to new tenants.


System & Registration Follow-Up

  • Follow up on new land registrations and lease updates through SAP system.

  • Ensure all lease and tenant information is accurately updated and maintained in internal systems.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve system or registration issues.


Administrative & Coordination Duties

  • Prepare and record Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and circulate them to relevant stakeholders.

  • Draft, review, and send official correspondence and emails as required.

  • Conduct tenant follow-up calls related to applications, documentation, payments, and approvals.

  • Maintain organized records of lease agreements, tenant documentation, and communications.


Process Support

  • Assist in improving workflow efficiency and administrative procedures.

  • Support operational teams with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and real estate regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property management.

  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
