Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting job analysis, job descriptions and grading system of jobs.

  • Set KPIs cascade them to all company departments.
  • Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
  • Implement employee engagement & satisfaction survey s.
  • Maintaining and revising the company s handbook on policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and update the company manpower & Org Charts transactions.
  • Analyze the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping
  • Assist in developing performance management, Training; policies & procedures.
  • Issue the TNA, training plan & budget

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and change management principles.
  • HR Diploma or study is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and development programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
